If in the unfortunate circumstances a participant must withdraw from the event the refund policy is as follows:
75% REFUND up until the 1st of February 2024 or transfer to the 2026 event date (TBC). If a competitor chooses to transfer their entry to the 2026 event they are not entitled to the 2025 Refund Policy, as in they are not eligible for a refund in 2026.
50% REFUND between the 1st February, 2025 and up to the 1st of April, 2025.
NO TRANSFERS TO 2025 AFTER THE 1ST OF APRIL.
NO REFUNDS AFTER THE 1ST OF APRIL, 2025.
Please do not request a transfer or refund after the dates stated above. The Refund Policy will be adhered to - we are unable to allow for special circumstances, as everyone has a special circumstance. Thank you for your understanding.

STANDARD ENTRIES CLOSE 11:59PM SUNDAY 31ST MARCH, 2025.
LATE ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED UP UNTIL 8PM THURSDAY 3RD APRIL, 2025 AT AN ADDITIONAL $20 PER ENTRY.
WE MAY ALLOW ENTRIES ON THE DAY, DEPENDING ON ENTRY NUMBERS. We will be updating this information so please check back closer to the event date.
In case of a natural disaster, extreme adverse weather, or cancellation of the event due to safety reasons, entry fees will not be refunded.
