ALL COMPETITORS can register between 3pm - 7:30pm at the Bayleys Mackenzie office in Lake Tekapo. This is at the Mackenzie Room, The Godley Hotel, Unit B/2-4 Rapuwai Lane, Lake Tekapo.
Join Aaron Hooper from TeamCPNZ for a short 'shake out' ride during Race Registration.
When? 5:00pm Friday 10th April
Where? Meeting at the Start/Finish Chute on the Lakefront
What? The ride will take around 30 minutes and will head out on a flat part of the course.
Why? Before every cycling event it is really good to get the bike off the back of the car to make sure that it is running well and also to move your legs after a drive, so this ride ticks both of those boxes.
Come join in with some others for some pre-race banter and to calm a few nerves!
Come and see Abe from Crank It Up Cycle Repairs for a “race ready” last-minute safety check. Abe will be at the Race Village during Race Registration between 3pm - 7:30pm.

"The Musterer's Rest" Aid Station will have a Bag Drop option. You will be able to leave a change of socks/shoes etc and any specific food requirements.
The Bag Drop option does not relate to The Shepherd or The Merino races.
All bags need to be at the main Race Village in Lake Tekapo between 5:10am and 7:30am on Saturday morning. No bag drops will be done on Friday at Race Registration - only on race day morning.
Staff will give you a label to attach to your bag.
We will be bringing the bags back to the Finish Line at the end of the event. You will not be able to drive up to this Aid Station to collect your used bag. You will have to wait until the completion of the race where our crew will transport the bags back to Lake Tekapo.
