What are the expectations?

Attendance at The Mackenzie by Devold on the 11th April, 2026
Photo + blurb "About Me" for inclusion on the website and for social media posts
Sharing the journey to the start line via regular social media posts and via 1 x podcast interview
Encouraging others to enter via the personalised discount code
Promoting the event and the region in a positive manner
Allowing Scenic Sports Events to share your content up to the 2027 race date

Terms and Conditions

Social Media expectations

PRE RACE:

1 post per month November through January
1 story per 2 weeks through November - end of January
1 post per week through February until race day
1 story per week through February until race day

RACE WEEKEND:

building pre-race vibes at Race Registration and the eve of the race 10th April via post and stories
content of the race - images, videos (not posting during the actual race as we would expect you would be too busy riding). We want you to capture some memories along the way - unless you are aiming for a podium finish!

POST RACE:

post race recap featuring images/reel capturing the essence of your experience
follow up Q & A with organisers - either written or via podcast

Conflicts of interest

It is expected that you would:

not have an ambassador role with another event similar to The Mackenzie by Devold
not actively promote other events similar to The Mackenzie by Devold (which might impact on entries to this event)
not promote brands that conflict with sponsors aligned with The Mackenzie by Devold
